Really like this overall. It’s comfortable and blocks out light well, and the audio helps me relax. Only thing is the buttons can be a bit tricky to find in the dark, but you get used to it.

I honestly didn’t expect much but this actually works. The blackout is really effective and the audio is clear enough to relax without being distracting. I’ve been falling asleep quicker and staying asleep longer the past few nights. Took a couple of nights to get used to it, but now I use it every day.
Didn’t think I needed this but it’s actually made a difference. I fall asleep quicker and don’t wake up as much. Would recommend if you struggle with sleep.
